Terms of Service

Welcome to 69IFY. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 69IFY platform, website, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the 69IFY platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the 69IFY platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable law
• Comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to your use of the platform

We reserve the right to require age verification documents at any time and to terminate accounts of users who cannot verify their age.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Engage in or facilitate any illegal activity, including trafficking, exploitation, or coercion of any person
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users or platform staff
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information or impersonate another person
• Scrape, harvest, or automatically collect data from our platform without written permission
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code to the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or another user’s account
• Use automated bots, scripts, or other automated means to access or interact with the platform

5. Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you post on 69IFY. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform.

Prohibited content includes:

• Any content involving minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
• Non-consensual imagery or recordings
• Content that promotes violence, exploitation, or illegal activity
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or misleading information

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the platform may require payment. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

The 69IFY name, logo, platform design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent. Your content remains yours, subject to the license granted in Section 5.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 69IFY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.

10. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, illegal conduct, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to access the platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
